A Few More Things...
Thanks so much for registering for the Intro To The NGSS mini-course! I'm so excited to help you jump start your transition to the NGSS and put these practices to work in your classroom.
Before we begin, you will want to make sure you are getting course emails. In the next few minutes, you should receive a welcome email right in your inbox with all the details about getting started! You will want to ensure you are receiving course emails in order to get access to all of the video workshops and bonus resources. Follow the steps below to get started!
If you have trouble finding your welcome email, check your SPAM, Junk, and Promotions tabs... sometimes these things get lost in email filter systems. If you are still having trouble, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lastly, in order to ensure you receive all future emails directly to your inbox, please follow the steps below to ensure you receive all course information. If your confirmation email arrived in your Junk, SPAM, or Promotional folders, please drag my email to your primary inbox.
Here's What To Do Next:
To participate in the course, you will need to make sure you are receiving my emails in order to access the videos and get the awesome bonus resources right in your inbox. Email is the ONLY way to access these course resources and find the videos, so you won’t want to miss them. To ensure all of the important course emails reach your inbox, you will need to confirm your subscription and "whitelist" my emails.
You can ensure that you receive all important course emails by following these simple steps:
1) Follow the whitelisting instructions for your email provider at this page: http://www.whatcounts.com/how-to-whitelist-emails/
2) If you are a Gmail user or you use any other web-based email that filters broadcasts away from your main inbox, be sure to "drag" any emails from “Nicole VanTassel” into your Priority Inbox. (Again, you don't want to miss something.)
