All The Details

You will be challenged to rethink education so that investigating phenomena is at the center of your instruction, shifting our objectives from students as holders of knowledge to students as thinkers and doers. You will learn how to teach for “conceptual understanding” — learning that lasts — in a way that engages your students and creates active learners. You will explore how to create balanced learning experiences that integrate the three dimensions of science instruction so that your students are developing their skills as well as their understanding.

Each Sunday for three weeks, I will go live in Reimagining Science Learning: Support For Middle and High School Educators with a short training video (11AM EST/8AMPST). When you register, you will receive a link to participate in the training live in my Zoom Room — where you can participate in a quick Q&A following the training. You will also receive the workbook and materials I have prepared for each week’s lesson.

There will be a recording available for each training session. You can watch the video and work through your print resources at any time.
